MedHealthJobs.com provides its service to you subject to the following terms which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

You must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in these System Rules in order to become or remain an authorized User of the MedHealthJobs.com system ("System"). Valley Forge Publishing Group (VFPG), owner of the System, may modify these rules at any time by posting notice on the System.

IF THESE RULES OR ANY FUTURE CHANGES ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE USE OF THE SYSTEM. CONTINUING TO USE THE SYSTEM NOW, OR FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF ANY CHANGES IN THESE SYSTEM RULES, CONSTITUTES AN ACCEPTANCE BY YOU OF SUCH RULES OR CHANGES.

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your System password. You will not allow others to use your account and shall notify VFPG of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account.
   
   
2. Individual items of information, software and other material accessible through the System may be protected by copyright. You agree to abide by any copyright notice or other restriction contained in or applying to any material accessed through the System.
   
   
3. You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish through, the System any material which violates or infringes the rights of any persons, including but not limited to, rights in copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other proprietary rights.
   
   
4. You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish through, the System any material which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive or otherwise violates any law, or which contain viruses, or any other harmful properties, or use the System for, or to further, any illegal purposes.
   
   
5. You shall not, without the express approval of VFPG, use the System in any way for solicitation of funds, or solicitations for goods or services.
   
   
6. All information provided to you through the MedHealthJobs.com system is solely for your personal use and you agree that you will not use any such information, including but not limited to job postings, candidate information and employer descriptions, for any commercial purpose whatsoever or for any purpose other than its use as intended in the MedHealthJobs.com system.
   
   
7. VFPG reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or to delete any material displayed, uploaded to, or otherwise published through the System (other than private e-mail communications).
   
   
8. VFPG may change or add any fees at any time upon notice to you. You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred.
   
   
9. VFPG may, in its sole discretion, terminate your use of the System, or suspend your access to all or part of the System, for any reason. You may terminate your membership to the System at any time. You will not, however, be entitled to any refunds of any pre-paid fees.
   
   
10. VFPG: (i) makes every effort to accurately compile data as provided by users of the System but does not assume liability for errors or omissions; (ii) does not assume liability for damages in connection with others' use of the information contained in the System; (iii) does not make any representations regarding the probability of finding employment or finding candidates suitable for employment through use of this System; (iv) does not make any representations regarding the employers offering employment through use of the System; (v) shall not be liable to any user for special, indirect or consequential damages for any cause whatsoever, whether in contract or tort arising out of the use of the software and data comprising the System.
    
    
11. You acknowledge that there are no warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and that the System is provided "as is" and all warranties are excluded.
    
    
12. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VFPG, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against all loss, liability, claims, damages, costs or expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) relating to any breach of any warranties or representations made by you under this Agreement, or any claims which if true, would contradict any warranties or representations made by you under this Agreement.
    
    
13. VFPG is a private company and is not formally associated with any sponsoring group. Endorsing, sponsoring or supporting organizations do not warrant the System nor make any representations to their respective members as to the probability of securing employment through use of the System.
    
    
14. You agree to read and abide by the rules posted on the System and as modified from time to time. VFPG reserves the exclusive right to control access to the System.
